With the takeover of the Saturn consumer electronics stores at the beginning of the 1990s, the group laid the foundation for a consistent two-brand strategy. The strategy is paying off: Media Markt and Saturn are steadily growing and have developed into the leading consumer electronics stores in Europe. In 2003, the website saturn.de no longer met the requirements of the fast-moving market for electronic products. In order to ensure the up-to-dateness of the products and offers on the website, a new simpler editorial system is to be introduced. edicos consulting is commissioned to draw up a concept for the technical and technical requirements of a new editorial infrastructure.
